After I got Windows 7 completely up-to-date to January 2020, including the January 2020 servicing stack update(KB4536952), I decided to run version 7 of the tool instead of running version 5.

Install reaches the point where it has restarted and flashes the massage saying Update in progress, do not turn off you computer and crashes. It then stays in the loop until I F8 and boot up in Safemode. It then displays a message that Update failed to install and Safemode is rolling back.
