Apr 03, 2012 Amazon Instant Video bad quality : xboxone Go back to your Xbox One and reinstall the Amazon Instant Video app. Sign in to your Amazon account (which should automatically register the device again) and try a video out! Let me know if this fixed your issue! Edit 2: this does not work. My issue was revolved for about 4 hours and then back to bad quality. Sorry for getting your hips up.
